Chaitra Navratri Gau Seva — Build Shelter & Feed Rescued Cows By Doon Animal Welfare Foundation • Shelter • Fodder • Water • Care

Chaitra Navratri is a sacred time of devotion, strength, and compassion. As we worship the Divine Mother during these nine days, we also remember the gentle lives who depend on us for safety and survival. Doon Animal Welfare Foundation is caring for rescued, abandoned, injured, and elderly cows who need daily fodder, clean water, and a secure shelter to protect them from heat, rain, cold nights, and injuries. This Navratri, we invite you to support our Cow Shelter & Feeding Mission so no Gau Mata is left exposed, hungry, or without care.

Why Shelter & Fodder Support Matters in Chaitra Navratri

Many rescued cows arrive weak, injured, or sick. Overcrowding and weather exposure increase stress and infection risk. A strong shelter means dry resting space, better hygiene, and safer recovery for elderly and injured cows. At the same time, fodder is a daily requirement—without consistent feeding, recovery slows and weakness increases. Your support helps us maintain steady meals and improve shelter safety so cows can heal with dignity.
